Meditation and Mindfulness helps you to find peace and clarity in a busy world. Applying mindfulness techniques to your daily life may be one of the most impactful things you can do. Making meditation part of your regular routine allows you to practise the techniques in a safe, manageable environment and helps you to bring your practice out into your wider world. Learning Meditation and Mindfulness is also empowering; once you learn a few simple techniques you can use them in your own time. Meditation and Mindfulness can enhance mental well-being and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others. It can be the basis of so much transformation and is an essential part of many psychotherapy modalities, including CBT, DBT and MBSR. Available in person and online via video call, telephone and email.
Being Zen Holistic Health also offers a 4-week FREE coaching course called The Meditation and Mindfulness Habit. This course includes daily activities and begins to develop the habit of making meditation and mindfulness part of your daily life. Email support is available throughout the course if required and a live one-to-one coaching session, either in person or remotely, is an optional extra at the end of the course. This course is free, because meditation and mindfulness should be freely available for everyone.
