Being Zen Holistic Health is a complementary health service founded by Fiona Gracey to offer a holistic approach to health and well-being with a focus on Women's Health and Wellness. 

Fiona is a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, doula, retreat host and event planner, who draws upon her experience in a range of complementary health modalities to create a personal package designed around the needs of the client. Fiona has a particular interest in women's wellness and helping women to negotiate the unique challenges they face. Fiona offers one-to-one treatments, both in-person and remotely via telephone, WhatsApp messaging, video call and email, as well as designing bespoke group events for businesses, schools and health organisations. Fiona is also the creator of several coaching programmes, including Become Your Own Best Friend and The Meditation and Mindfulness Habit.

Being Zen Holistic Health runs regular special offers throughout the year because Fiona believes that holistic health care should be affordable for everyone. Fiona also offers the 4-week FREE coaching course called The Meditation and Mindfulness Habit to introduce people to the benefits of meditation and mindfulness through the Buddhist principle of generosity, or dana. 

 Located an easy 30 minute drive from Enniskillen, and an hour and a half from Belfast, in the tranquil rural environment of County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, but with much to offer remotely via video call, telephone or by email, Fiona's integrative, holistic approach combines traditional practices with modern insights to help you achieve balance and harmony in your life. Whether you're seeking to enhance your overall well-being or address specific health concerns, Fiona is there to support you every step of the way.
