A meditation and mindfulness coaching course designed to take you from complete beginner to daily practitioner. This course will introduce you to a wide range of meditation and mindfulness approaches and is the perfect introduction to meditation and mindfulness.
Make Meditation & Mindfulness a habit with this 4-week meditation and mindfulness coaching course, available for a one-off payment of £40 or 4 weekly payments of £10. This is an introductory course suitable for complete beginners, and designed to make meditation and mindfulness an accessible and powerful addition to our lives. It includes daily meditation and mindfulness activities, guided meditations, goal setting techniques, overcoming blocks and obstacles to success, and email support for the duration of the course, if required. All materials for the entire course will be emailed to you, once weekly for 4 weeks, and it is recommended that you allocate approximately 20 minutes to the course daily. There is the option of a personal coaching session via video call, phone, WhatsApp messaging or email in the week following course completion for those who feel they would benefit from this opportunity to reflect on their meditation journey over the previous 4 weeks and who wish to better establish their meditation practice into the future. The cost for this is an additional £40. Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
