Make Meditation and Mindfulness a habit with this free 4-week coaching course. This is a free course based on the Buddhist principle of generosity, or dana, and I am blessed and happy to be in a position to offer it for free, as meditation and mindfulness can be such a powerful addition to our lives. This is a beginners course. It includes daily meditation and mindfulness activities, guided meditations, goal setting techniques, overcoming blocks and obstacles to success, and email support for the duration of the course, if required. All materials for each week will be emailed to you at the beginning of the week, and it is recommended that you allocate approximately 20 minutes to the course daily. There is the option of a personal coaching session via video call, phone, WhatsApp messaging or email in the week following course completion for those who feel they would benefit from this opportunity to reflect on their meditation journey over the previous 4 weeks and who wish to better establish their meditation practice into the future. The cost for this is donation based, but for the many of you who prefer a clear price I suggest £30! Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
