Make Meditation and Mindfulness a habit with this 4-week budget coaching course designed to be affordable for everyone, because meditation and mindfulness can be such a powerful addition to our lives. Includes daily meditation and mindfulness activities, guided meditations, goal setting techniques, overcoming blocks and obstacles to success, email support for the duration of the course, and a weekly coaching session via video call or telephone.

Costs can be spread over the four week period by paying a deposit of £100 on week one, followed by 3 weekly payments of £50.
